Immune Care Navigator (“the Tool”) is operated by Havio Health. We take your privacy seriously, especially given the personal nature of the health information you share with us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

When you use the Tool, we may collect:

• Health narratives: The free-text descriptions you provide about your symptoms, health concerns, and lifestyle.
• Lifestyle questionnaire answers: Your responses to structured questions about sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, recovery, and gut health.
• Email address: Only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., to save your results or receive follow-up information).
• Usage data: Anonymous interaction events (e.g., which steps you completed) to help us improve the experience. These are tied to a temporary session identifier, not to your identity.

How We Use Your Data

• AI Processing: Your health narratives and questionnaire answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized insights and recommendations. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
• Results generation: Your answers are used to calculate your immune resilience score and generate personalized quick wins and recommendations.
• Communication: If you provide your email, we may use it to send you your results or information about Havio Health services.
• Product improvement: We use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Tool.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Your intake data is stored so you can return to your results via a unique, non-guessable link. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your data at any time.
• Correction: Request corrections to any inaccurate data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.

Cookies & Tracking

The Tool uses browser session storage (not cookies) to maintain your session during a single visit. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies when the pricing table is displayed; refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have provided one) or by a notice on our website.
